• Hypzy is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, loss of followers, shadowbans, or any consequences from Instagram’s enforcement actions.
  
  
• Results are not guaranteed and depend on various factors outside our control, including your content quality, niche, and audience behavior.
  
  
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately if any account changes affect service delivery.

7. No Consequential Damages

Hypzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, opportunities, data, or reputation, even if advised of such possibilities.
